Every month, the Westmoreland County Food Bank recognizes an individual or group who went above and beyond in the fight against hunger. Whether it is repacking product in our warehouse, distributing food or helping at our Delmont office, we couldn't do it without these individuals and groups.

For many years, Esther Johnson of Greensburg, has provided leadership with bulk mailings at our office, making sure they are sorted correctly. She also has endured the physical and environmental challenges of picking corn in the summer at local farms. She is currently serving on WCFB’s Volunteer Advisory Board and offering her services to the Hunger in America 2014 Hunger Study as a data collector. We truly appreciate her ongoing support of our mission.
